Financial Literacy Coach – Self-care Advocate – Freelance Writer
Race and Social Justice Activist – Community Driver – Artist Representative
Hello Everyone! My name is Nakeesa Frazier-Jennings and I have a very exciting life where I get to do many amazing things and have many amazing “jobs”!! I am a journalist, a freelance writer, a poet, a blogger, an artist representative, an advocate for people living with lymphedema, a social justice advocate and financial literacy coach.
Me and Dad are business partners and our focus is on financial literacy coaching services for people who have historically been denied access to information about how to manage their money for use today and for security later in life. Our system, Make the Most of Your Income – A Practical Approach, provides a guide full of easy to follow tips on how to not only manage and use your money but ultimately how to look at money. You can find out more about our system including how to sign-up for our FREE introductory webinar on our financial literacy page!
The primary reason why I am able to do all of the things I mentioned above and stay both healthy and sane is because self-care is my number one priority and I engage in it daily. My Facebook page will allow you to share in my daily self-care journey. At the core of my existence is my strong belief in self-care particularly for women and more specifically for women of color. On my Services page, you can find the list of one-on-one self-care support services I offer for women.
Thank you for sharing this space with me!
